Yes. Our FAB Tresses can be colored and lifted to your desired shade and take semi permanent colors just as if you were coloring your own hair. We highly recommend seeking a professional stylist or colorist prior to for any alterations & customization.
Yes of course! We do ask that you are mindful of the frequency that it is straighten. Our wavy and curly tresses are not chemically processed and apply more heat over time will relax the curl pattern just as our own hair would.
We recommend using Tresemme Moisture Rich product line, Aussie Miracle Moist, OGX products and/or Joico products to shampoo and condition your hair or any sulfate-free products. These products can be found at your local beauty supply stores.
Wash hair in a downward motion; evenly distribute product through hair using fingertips or a wide tooth comb; start from ends, working towards the middle and then top
Rinse hair completely and apply conditioner, then rinse out with cool water and apply a leave in conditioner, if desired
Squeeze any excess water from hair and let air dry
Style as desired; when heat styling, ALWAYS use a heat protectant
At night, sleep on silk pillow case or wrap hair using silk wrap, scarf or bonnet
We recommend to keep product use at a minimum to avoid excessive product build up. We recommend and encourage the preservation of your investment and advise of any excessive heat applications. Too much heat will cause permanent wave pattern loss, just as our own natural hair.
For straight hair- wash and condition every other week; flat iron or curl as needed; always comb or brush from the bottom, up
For wavy or curly hair- wash and condition every other week; to maintain waves or curls, mist with water prior to applying and wave or curl enhancing product; twist or scrunch hair up to maintain pattern
We encourage our customers to order their hair at least 2 weeks in advance prior to any events or hair appointment. We process and ship orders out in the order in which they are received. Our current processing time is 7-10 business days and shipping time is 3-5 business days(USPS Priority) depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. In the event of a holiday or sale, we ask that you allow 10-15 business days for order processing and shipping due to a high volume of orders. Our team will continue to do our best to ensure your package is shipped as promptly as possible.
You can track your order by visiting www.usps.com and entering it in the search field. Please be advised that a tracking # is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.usps.com site from the time you receive tracking email with your shipment information.

If you feel that you have made a mistake, email us immediately with your first and last name along with your order number and we will correct the address in note section of order prior to shipping. We have to remind you that the shipping address MUST match the billing address. If for any reason you provide any inaccurate information and order is shipped to the address on original order, we are NOT responsible for any lost packages. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send to the correct address. We will not issue any refunds for shipping errors that are not on our behalf.
